Please double check the following before turning on the power.

1. The door is unlocked

2. No obstacles block the door’s path

3. The door is completely closed

4. There are no people in range of the sensor.

Please be cautious of the following when turning on the power.

1. Turning on the power when the doors are closed:

▼Electronically controlled doors

The computer requires 2-3 seconds to confirm the position of the doors before use.

▼Non-electronically controlled doors

The doors are ready immediately.

2. Turning on the power when the doors are open:

▼Electronically controlled doors

The doors will close slowly before being ready for use. If a person walks in range of the sensor before the doors close, they will begin to open slowly again. Please therefore stay out of range of the sensor until the doors close completely.

▼Non-electronically controlled doors

The doors will immediately begin to close. Please move away from the doors’ path.

Please confirm the following once power is on.

1. Verify the doors open and close at least 2-3 times

2. The doors reverse direction in response to the auxiliary beam switch.

Please double check the following before turning off the power.

1. No people are passing through the doors

2. The doors are completely closed.

Be sure to turn off the power and close the doors before locking.

Be sure to turn off the power when taking care of your automatic doors.

Cleaning the area where sliding automatic doors run

Remove obstructions and deposited material such as stones and dust from the guide rails and their surrounding areas.

Cleaning the sensors

・Wipe the auxiliary beam sensor lenses with a soft cloth.

・Regularly wipe away dust and other deposited material from the reflective optical sensors lenses with a soft cloth.

Cleaning stainless steel and glass sections of Teraoka Stainless / Slim Sanergy / Sanergy doors

・In normal cases, wipe the surface with a wet cloth then dry thoroughly with a dry cloth.

・In case dirt that doesn’t come off with water, immerse a cloth in an aqueous solution made up of 1-2 percent neutral detergent, wring firmly and wipe off dirt before drying the surface sufficiently.

Cleaning aluminum and glass sections of Alclasse doors

・In normal cases, wipe the surface with a wet cloth then dry thoroughly with a dry cloth.

・In case dirt that doesn’t come off with water, immerse a cloth in an aqueous solution made up of 1-2 percent neutral detergent, wring firmly and wipe off dirt before drying the surface sufficiently.

・Check the location of components by referring to the block diagram in the automatic door user manual.
・Water can cause damage when coming into contact with automatic door equipment in the engine box as well as electronic components such as sensors.
・In cases of rust or serious dirt, please contact the sales/construction dealer responsible for installation.
